Final 2026-2027 RFS Rule Enters Home Stretch

On February 25, the Environmental Protection Agency transmitted the Final 2026-27 “Set 2” Renewable Fuel Standard rule to the White House Office of Management and Budget for interagency review – a final step in the RFS rulemaking process.
